ABOUT THESE TERMS
- If you are a student, parent/carer, or member of staff at a school which uses MiniTest, then the school's subscription agreement — not these Terms — governs your data and use of the service. Please contact your school directly if you have any queries. The school has approved the use of the MiniTest service.
- These Terms apply only when you view, browse or otherwise use minitest.co (the "Site") without signing in.
- Please also read our Privacy Policy, Online Safety Notice, and Cookie Policy.
- By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.
- This version is effective from 14 September 2025.

WHO WE ARE
The Site is operated by Mr J. Gurung, trading as MiniTest ("we", "us"). Our trading office is at 70 Burnfoot Avenue, Fulham, London SW6 5EA.

AGE
The Site is aimed at users aged 13 or over. If you are younger, use the Site only with your parent or carer's permission.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
We (or our licensors) own all intellectual-property rights in the Site and its content, except for the data uploaded by schools. You may print or download one copy of any aspect of the Site that can be accessed without signing in, for personal, non-commercial use without modification. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You must not:
- misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses or other harmful material;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its servers;
- use the Site or its content for commercial purposes; or
- use any automated system, software, or bot to scrape or crawl the Site, except as permitted by our robots.txt file.
- We may suspend or block your access to the Site if you breach these Terms. Cloudflare may block or challenge requests that appear suspicious or abusive.

- we are not liable for loss or damage caused by viruses, distributed denial-of-service attacks, or other harmful material that may infect your equipment;
- links to third-party sites are provided for information only; we have no control over their content.

We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by English law. You and we agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site.
